ABOUT KATSINA VOCATIONAL CENTRE
Established in 2001 by the Late Alhaji M.D. Yusufu GCON CRF, the Katsina Vocational Centre stands as a beacon of hope for Nigerian youth, transforming lives through comprehensive skills acquisition and character development programs.
Our mission is to identify and rehabilitate demoralized youth engaged in drug abuse and political thuggery, while providing guidance, counseling, and vocational training to create productive members of society.

OUR TRAINING PROGRAMS
Tailoring & Fashion
Professional tailoring, zig-zag sewing, and fashion design training with modern equipment and industry-standard techniques.
ICT & Digital Skills
Computer training, internet management, GSM repair, social media studies, and digital literacy programs.
Technical Skills
Welding, electrical wiring, carpentry, auto mechanics, shoe making, and other essential technical trades.
Agriculture & Business
Fish farming, bee keeping, bakery, catering, business management, and entrepreneurship training.

Our training activities are carefully designed and structured to ensure comprehensive skill acquisition and character development
Introduction to centre values, psychological counseling, basic skills assessment, and program selection.
Intensive hands-on training, theoretical knowledge building, and practical skill development.
Specialized skill enhancement, project work, business training, and entrepreneurship development.
Final assessments, certification preparation, business plan development, and graduation ceremony.
